There are so many amazing photos of our wedding that I'm separating them into different posts. This one is about my hair and makeup, the dress and my shoes. I went to my longtime hairdresser in Wiesbaden, Excellent Hair and my makeup was done by a makeup artist called Julia Pabst, also from Wiesbaden. It was essential for me to look natural but of course glamorous so my makeup was classic and my hair was blow dryed into big 50s curls and then brushed out. My dress is from the Vintage Wedding Dress Company's decades lace collection and was the most beautiful thing I have ever worn and I felt incredible in my 50s inspired look. I wore a simple pair of braided Chloe sandals and later a pair of Marc Jacobs glitter mouse ear ballerinas. Sigh, I wish I could relive it again! Your own wedding day passes by far too quickly you don't understand were the time went.
