Granny Smith

Berlin is blanketed with silent, swirling snow (as am I) and those London daffodils are a distant memory at this point, as well as dresses and skirts. It's therefore no surprise that I'm back in my tracky bottoms (leather ones at least) and my "tough love" boots. This may be my ultimate office meets sofa look with a sleepy facial expression to boot. I first saw this jumper on Sabrina from afterDRK and fell for it hard, clicked it home and have worn it for two days straight (with probably two more to follow). Granny Smith is a very comforting colour when grey skies are perpetually looming over your head.

I am wearing a Zara coat, a Cos scarf, a Yep Collection jumper, Mango trousers, Balenciaga boots and an Issey Miyake bag.

Apologies for my short absence but I was ill. I'm finally back on my feet (even though I'm still looking a bit shit pale), just in time to enjoy this unbelievable 20 degree Sunday weather.

I was always terrible at Math, in particular geometry, but Marni has me reconsidering my distaste for mathematics. I have been wearing this vest for one week straight and my favourite combination is with these haute track pants and a pair of classic black pumps.

No makeup except red lipstick has also been my only war paint.

I am wearing a Marni vest, a jumper from Pixie Market, Elizabeth and James trousers, Zara pumps and an Issey Miyake bag.

Quilted Paisley

Posted on

This is one of my favourite outfits and post to date. The J.W. Anderson x Topshop quilted paisley top is one of the most beautiful and exquisite pieces I own. The design is impeccable and so fresh. Although the shape is extremely modern and futuristic, the paisley print and the quilting take it back a few decades. I decided to combine it with a dress from Sandra's 5 inch and up x Nelly collection, one of the best collaborations to date, coupled with a pair of leather trousers. It gives the whole ensemble a bit of a kilt vibe. The origami effect bag and a pair of platforms that make me taller than six feet gave the look a final touch. It's a bit of Japan and Scotland meets my grandmother's couch.

I am too lazy to wear makeup most of the time but it is strange how lipstick can completely change your entire look, especially a classic red. I think I've been converted. What do you think?

I am wearing a Topshop x J.W. Anderson top, 5 inch and up x Nelly dress, a Moxham bracelet, Acne leather trousers, Surface to Air boots and an Issey Miyake bag.

Happy reunification day Germany! I'm so grateful to be living in a unified country.
