Little Monsters

Apologies, (again!) for having to take a small break. It's been a little crazy this past week.

I bought this beautiful kimono style jacket by the Berlin label MALAIKARAISS at the Journelles x Voo Store market two weekends ago (thanks to everyone that stopped by!), immediately pouncing on it after seeing the fabric and colour combination a mile away. Together with the much-loved Zara blouse, some Moxham hardcore bling and my timeless Céline sandals, this outfit has become a firm favourite and I'm not going to lie, I have worn it with only slight variations four times already. The psychadelic wall murals near my apartment are the perfect backdrop for my space suit.

I am wearing a MALAIKARAISS kimono, a Zara blouse, J-Brand jeans, Céline sandals and a Moxham bracelet

Baroque

Lea discovered the most beautiful abandoned church just a stone's throw away from Alexanderplatz. It proved to be the perfect backdrop for this feminine Carven blouse featuring a print akin to a Vermeer and delicate cutouts. I combined it with the mother-of-all leather trousers and my studded Chloès that are slowly but surely starting to look extremely "loved".

I finally managed to drag to myself to the hairdresser after months of neglegt. I feel like a newborn.

Come By! - Journelles x voo Store Designer Flea Market

If you're in Berlin, come by to tomorrow's Journelles x voo Store designer fleamarket! I'll be selling several items from my own closet including Chanel, Alexander Wang, Acne, Erdem, Osman Yousefzada, as well as many others. Apart from that, expect Hien Le, Karlotta Wilde, Vladimir Karaleev, tasty waflles, coconut water, prosecco, awesome banter and music.

Plus, I'll be sitting on a stool all day and will be in dire need of some company. So, don't forget your dancing shoes and hopefully see you there!

The Scent of Spring

Judging by my facial expression in the first photo, it would be safe to assume that I enjoy napping on cafe benches, in this case a cafe that also houses a hairdressing business and switches flowers with basel as table decoration. I thoroughly approve. The Tussy Lounge is a few hops away from my apartment in the Sonntagstraße and perfect for some beer indulgment and film watching if you fancy it.

I am wearing an Acne silk top/jacket, Current/Elliot jeans (similar here), Balenciaga boots and a Kelly Framel necklace.

March of the Penguins

Not my skateboard (found it leaning against a wall), not my shoes (Lea's). Unfortunately. But both are awesome. Is it weird that I take great enjoyment in the fact that the soles of the shoes match the wheels?

My kindergarten jumper has not received the seriously high amount of adoration it is due. Penguins, bow ties and pastel colours – how could I not have worn it more often?! My inner child goes into hibernation during the winter months and now that Spring has finally won the battle, it's busting through and making me take out my most childish pieces. Next destination: the playground.

I am wearing an Acne leather jacket, a vintage jumper and shirt underneath, Current/Elliot jeans (similar here and here), Lea's Isabel Marant trainers and a Céline wallet.
